​​Introduction​

​For this website, our group, decided to focus on three books and a short story that share similar images and themes. The books include Ethan Frome​, Snow White, and Jane Eyre and the short story is "Old Woman Magoun". In examing these stories, our group hoped to go beyond a simple red ribbon or scar to the face and into what the author truly wanted to say to the audience. In addition, our group created a graphic novel which combined the commonalities and bridged the time between each publishing dates to show that some theme are eternal and always relevant, especially in classics..
